Return and Refund Policy
At Winmart, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Due to the nature of our products, we have a specific return and refund policy in place.
1. Non-Refundable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any opened or used products, including face serums and other personal care items. This policy ensures the integrity and quality of our products for all customers.
2. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns for unopened, unused, and undamaged products. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at kulwinmart@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide further instructions on how to send the product back.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, after reviewing your claim.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to return an unopened product and purchase a different one, please follow the return process and place a new order.
